| After considering the information presented within the four corners of the class action complaint, briefs furnished by both defendants' counsel and plaintiffs' counsel, and the arguments set forth in the motion to dismiss, the court may issue an opinion and order dismissing a complaint; either with prejudice or without prejudice. In such instances, either defendants' counsel or plaintiffs' counsel may decide to notify class members of the dismissal of a class action complaint.
