| The Private Securities Litigation Reform Act Of 1995 requires that, not later than 20 days after the date on which the class action complaint is filed, the plaintiff or plaintiffs shall cause to be published, in a widely circulated national business-oriented publication or wire service, a notice advising members of the purported plaintiff class. The notice is required to advise the public of the pendency of the action, the claims asserted therein, and the purported class period. Attorneys who seek to notify class members of the filing of a securities class action complaint on behalf of the plaintiff frequently do so through the issuance of a press release.
