A SETTLEMENT HAS BEEN REACHED IN A CLASS ACTION ABOUT WEEKEND WARRIOR RECREATIONAL TRAILERS.
A court authorized this notice. This is not a solicitation from a lawyer.
• A settlement with a total cash and repair value of up to $5.532 million has been proposed in a class action lawsuit involving recreational trailers manufactured by Weekend Warrior Trailers, Inc. (“Weekend Warrior”) between January 1, 1998 and December 31, 2006 that were equipped with frames manufactured by Zieman Manufacturing Company and its Affiliates (“Zieman Frames”).
• The settlement provides a cash payment and/or repair for eligible Weekend Warrior trailers that display qualifying damage.
• The settlement provides a cash payment for eligible towing vehicles with certain types of qualifying damage.
• The settlement provides free structural reinforcement of the frame on any FS2600, FS2800, FS3000 or SuperLite Weekend Warrior trailers.
