Lil' Snugglers Children's Blankets
Douglas Co., of Keene N.H. voluntarily recalled about 74,000 Lil' Snugglers Children's Blankets because the blanket's satin edge can come loose, posing a strangulation hazard. At the time of the recall, the company had received 18 reports of the satin separating from the blanket. The recalled children's blankets are 14 inches square with an animal head sewn in the middle. The satin border20around the outside edge is about one inch wide. The blankets were sold in the following styles: 1327-33, 1339, 1341, and 1351. The style number, followed by the P.O. number, is identified on a white tab sewn into the blankets behind the Douglas red label. These products were sold by specialty stores nationwide and on the Web from April 2005 through December 2007 for about $12.
