K2 Sports, of Seattle, Wash. voluntarily recalled about 2,500 pairs of K2 "Auto" Series Model Year 2007 Snowboard Bindings because the cable that links the toe strap to the binding could break, posing a fall hazard to snowboarders. This recall involved the 2007 model year K2 "Auto" snowboard bindings. They were sold in black or white. "K2" and "Auto" are printed on the toe strap. These products were sold by snowboard, ski, and sporting goods retailers na tionwide from August 2007 through May 2008 for about $230.
