DISCLOSURE OF CONTACT INFORMATION
To: CURRENT AND FORMER SALES REPRESENTATIVES EMPLOYED BETWEEN JANUARY 27, 2006 AND THE PRESENT
A lawsuit (Meierdiercks, et al. v. 8x8, Inc., Case No. 110CV162413) has been filed in the Santa Clara Superior Court by Plaintiffs Nikki Meierdiercks, Karin Flavetta, and Frank Torres on behalf of themselves and on behalf of other similarly situated employees of 8x8, Inc. (“8x8”). This is not a lawsuit against you, and you are not being sued. The former employees (“Plaintiffs”) made claims against 8x8 for, among other things, failure to pay for overtime work and failure to provide thirty (30) minute meal periods and ten (10) minute rest periods. The lawsuit seeks unpaid wages, penalties and interest. 8x8 denies the claims being made in the lawsuit.
