Upon consideration of the various motions and memoranda filed in this action, it being clear that the decision of arbitrator Donald H. Green, Esq. is well reasoned in all respects (including on the choice of law issue and his conclusion that Respondents are entitled to relief under the Maryland Consumer Protection Act), that this decision is entitled to deference under the Federal Arbitration Act, and that there is no basis on which this court can properly overturn the decision, it is, this 8th day of September 2009

SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, dated as of January 8, 2010 by and between the Claimants Laverne Jones, Stacey Ness, Kerry Ness, individually and on behalf of a Class (hereinafter "Claimants") and North Seattle Community College Foundation and its division American Financial Solutions, ("NSCCF/AFS"), collectively "Settling Parties" witnesses
Recitals
WHEREAS, the Claimants initially commenced a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland in March 24, 2004 against Genus Credit Management Corp. and nine other defendants, including NSCCF/AFS under case No. JFM 04-1036 (the "Related Federal Lawsuit");
WHEREAS, the Defendants sought dismissal of this complaint and on January 1, 2005, Judge Motz of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland ruled the case should be arbitrated and dismissed the case;
WHEREAS, the Maryland District Court issued a Memorandum decision and Order compelling arbitration of claims asserted in the Related Federal Lawsuit
