STIPULATION OF CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT AND RELEASE
This Stipulation of Class Action Settlement and Release ("Stipulation") is entered into as of the “Effective Date” (as defined in Section 2(m) of this Stipulation) by and between the “Arnel Group” (as defined in Section 2(a) of this Stipulation), the “CAI Group” (as defined in Section 2(b) of this Stipulation), the "Plaintiff Class Representatives" (as defined in Section 2(i) of this Stipulation), the "Class" (as defined in Section 2(j) of this Stipulation) and the "Class Members" (as defined in Section 2(h) of this Stipulation). The parties to this Agreement may hereinafter be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties." In all other respects, the definitions stated in the Settlement Agreement and Release (the "Global Settlement Agreement") attached as Exhibit A hereto are incorporated by reference herein.
