TO: PEOPLE WHO PURCHASED OR LEASED 1998 AND/OR 1999 ISUZU AMIGOS OR RODEOS, AND WHO SUFFERED UNREIMBURSED DAMAGES BECAUSE OF ACCIDENTS THEY BELIEVE WERE CAUSED BY A MALFUNCTION OF THE VEHICLES’ ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM.
