TO: ALL PERSONS AND ENTITIES WHO PURCHASED SHARES OF ACCELR8 TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION (“ACCELR8”) COMMON STOCK DURING THE PERIOD BEGINNING ON OCTOBER 7, 1997 THROUGH AND INCLUDING NOVEMBER 16, 1999 (THE “CLASS PERIOD”).
I. SUMMARY OF SETTLEMENT
1.
