INTRODUCTION
1. This is a securities class action on behalf of all persons who purchased or otherwise
acquired the securities of Stereotaxis, Inc. ("Stereotaxis" or the "Company") between February 28, 2011 and August 9, 2011, inclusive (the "Class Period"), against Stereotaxis and certain of its officers and/or directors for violations of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act").
