The Spaghetti Sauce Mix comes in 1.37 ounce pouch and was sold under the name Gold Medal displaying a UPC code of 0-52500-02104-7. The recall was initiated after it was discovered that the Spaghetti Sauce Mix containing milk was distributed in packaging that did not declare the presence of milk. Subsequent investigation indicates the problem was caused by an oversight in the company's development process.
